Tyrese Gibson wants a new judge to handle his divorce case in what seems like a response to the heated court exchange and order to pay $10,690/month in child support.

According to the new legal documents obtained by TMZ, the major reason that Tyrese wants a new judge is his belief that “Judge Farmer, who was presiding over the divorce, was clearly biased against Tyrese.”

Tyrese alleges the judge’s favor was shown “early and often” during the actual trial among other things that include his “belittling admonishments” and cutting him (Tyrese) off between his answers. These were “totally outrageous” according to him as reported by TMZ.

In case you missed what went down during the heated court exchange in Fulton County, Georgia on Tuesday, 30th of August…

Things got tense with the judge heated during a part of Tyrese’s testimony as seen in the viral video footage of the proceeding before Superior Court Judge Kevin M. Farmer.

Samantha Lee Gibson’s attorney had noted that the American Grammy-nominated R&B singer and “Fast & the Furious” star amassed over $2 million in 2018 despite him claiming to have been in financial ruin in the same year. “I don’t do the CFO thing. Here’s a question to you, smart person,” Tyrese said with the aim to continue before he was cut off by the judge, who shouted – “You don’t ask questions! That’s not how this works!!”

The courtroom showdown was wrapped up according to TMZ with the judge ordering the actor to pay $10,690/month in child support.
